As a facilities maintainer, Spotless wanted to make life easier for everyone onsite. By harnessing IoT, data analytics, AI and driven by user preferences, Downer has created a mobile application to improve the onsite user experience.

Spotless employees can now do almost anything at their fingertips from ordering a meal, assisting with transportation to and from site and even getting a lightbulb changed in their room.
