The newly formed Homes NSW brings maintenance, tenant services and homelessness support all under one roof. Downer has over 20 years of experience providing facilities management services to social housing across NSW, ACT, SA, WA and New Zealand.

Downer has been selected as the preferred Respondent in a number of Contract Areas to deliver responsive and programmed maintenance services to the Homes NSW social housing portfolio. The selected Preferred 3 Contract Areas (CAs) are:

  • CA09 (Inner City)
  • CA12 (Southern Tablelands, South Coast, Macarthur and Southern Highlands) and 
  • CA13 (Illawarra)

Additionally, Downer are a Preferred Alternative Respondent for 4 Contract Areas (CAs): 

  • CA03 (Northern Suburbs and Paramatta),
  • CA10 (Inner West), 
  • CA11 (Eastern and Southern Suburbs) and 
  • CA08 (Wagga, Albury, Deniliquin, Griffith, Hay, Hillston and Cootamundra)
