Downer signs BPA with UrbanGrid

Downer is pleased to enter into a business purchase agreement (BPA) with UrbanGrid.

UrbanGrid is a leading provider of specialist Utilities services in Western Australia, operating in the Water, Power, Gas, Communication and Civil sectors.
