Downer suspends PageUp use

Downer has suspended all use of PageUp following notification about a security breach of the PageUp system, which may put personal data at risk.

Downer uses PageUp software for job application processing, as do a number of large organisations. Further information can be found on the PageUp website.

At this stage, Downer is not aware of any fraudulent activity relating to anyone’s data as a result of this security incident at PageUp. We are suspending use of the system as a precaution and to allow for further investigation with PageUp and cyber security agencies.

We recommend that anyone who has applied for a job with Downer over the past 12 to 18 months check that there has been no recent unusual activity regarding their personal information.
