Reconciliation Action Plan

Reconciliation Action Plans (RAPs) provide a framework for organisations to realise their vision for reconciliation.
RAPs are practical plans of action built on relationships, respect and opportunities.
Importantly, RAPs create social change and economic opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Australians.
Our “Reflect” RAP provides a framework and plan to help us focus and coordinate our reconciliation efforts over the next 12 months.
Downer looks forward to building on our existing relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, their communities and organisations.
