Rail recruitment drive 2018

Downer is recruiting in Newport, Victoria.
Downer’s Rail team has kicked off 2018 by establishing new employee assessment centres at its Newport manufacturing facility in Victoria. The aim is to find suitable candidates interested in rollingstock manufacturing and maintenance opportunities. Candidates may be considered for positions on the HCMT Project and with Yarra Trams.
The weekly assessment sessions have now commenced and will be held every Wednesday until early March 2018. If you know anyone who might be interested in working at our Newport rail facility, please share these details and encourage them to visit Downer Careers and enter Job ID #544326 into the search field (a representative from Downer’s HR team will then make contact with details regarding the sessions).
Roles on offer include:
- production supervisors/managers
- team leaders
- semi-skilled production personnel

- maintenance technicians
