Switchboards and switchrooms

Downer is experienced in providing high voltage and low voltage electrical manufacturing, construction and maintenance services, including switch room and switchboard manufacture.

With over 40 years' production experience, our flexible in-house design solutions cater to all requirements. 

Skid fabrication

We specialise in the design and manufacture of custom built and modular skids, and have delivered over 1200 motor control centres (MCCs) for Santos to use in their Coal Seam Gas gathering infrastructure in Queensland, which are locally manufactured at our Hexham and Richlands workshops. 

Label and wire number production

Our state-of-the-art capability allows us to deliver high-quality label and wire number production in short time frames for customers nationally.
