Chris develops and implements strategies and plans aligned with our business development, growth and emerging markets.

Brendon leads the RTS Digital consulting, cloud-based software and services business. Powered by the TrainDNA platform, RTS Digital has a modular approach to solve specific rail customers problems via products that are OEM agnostic and deployed quickly.

Implementing digital maintenance practices, enabling real-time data to provide situational awareness, utilising data to optimise maintenance practices including overhaul extensions, and automating exam tasks via robotics without the need for depot modification.

Mike is responsible for the National Integrated Operations Center which provides maintenance planning and fleet support services to all passenger fleets.

Mike has 30 years’ experience working in rollingstock maintenance and operations, in both a passenger and freight setting in the UK and Australia. Over the last decade he has specialised in the setup of processes and data to support condition and predictive based maintenance via an Integrated Operations Center.

Todd is responsible for key stakeholder management, Government relations and business growth across the Rail & Transit Systems business unit.

Todd has over three decades of experience in the rail industry including commercial sales, design, tendering, procurement, commissioning and acceptance of suburban and regional trains, light rail vehicles and locomotives.Todd has an Electrical Engineering Degree and an MBA in Finance.

Usman oversees strategy, growth and emerging markets functions for Rail and Transit System business unit of Downer.

He is a professional engineer with more than 18 years of experience, and has qualifications in civil engineering, environmental engineering, sustainable development and an MBA. Usman has business experience in Asia, Australia and New Zealand and has previously worked with KiwiRail, EnergyAustralia, Jacobs and Parsons Brinckerhoff.

Troy is responsible for the growth of the Downer freight service offerings to our customers.
