We are currently seeking a range of specialisations to support the roll out, including directional drill operators, fibre haulers and splicers, civil construction workers, general labourers, vacuum truck operators, field supervisors and more.

Appropriate training will be provided, which can take approximately 1-3 months, depending on the specific role, skill level and accreditation.

We are looking for people with:

• A strong focus on safety
• Quality workmanship; and
• Excellent customer service skills

In return, Downer provide in-field and ‘back of house’ support including:

• Supervisors with specialised skill, who can advise, mentor and instruct
• The latest technical, safety and customer service training
• A second to non-RCTI process to help eliminate administration time
