Otraco, Downer’s tyre management business, was recently recognised with a prestigious customer award for its commitment to safety at the Swakop Uranium mine in Namibia.

Swakop Uranium recognised the Downer team for their unwavering “commitment to safety, health, environment and work quality”.

Commenting on the award, Otraco’s General Manager, Mick Carr, said: “This award from Swakop Uranium demonstrates our team’s commitment to Zero Harm and to keeping everyone in the workplace safe.
