EnviroBase by Road Science NZ
A New Zealand stabilisation emulsion used to improve base layer strength and reduce environmental impact. This bitumen emulsion is designed to waterproof, strengthen, and extend the life of granular pavements. (CSS/ASS60 equivalent in Australia with a similar application to Haulpac).
