Downer Group is excited to announce its partnership with Pride Pledge, reinforcing its commitment to creating a safe and supportive workplace for all LGBTTQIA+ employees.

The Pride Pledge is a values-based commitment, that organisations make to demonstrate its dedication to safety, visibility, and inclusion for rainbow communities both internally and externally.

They are New Zealand’s largest network of rainbow-inclusive organisations supporting more than 300 organisations across Australia and New Zealand. They offer strategic direction, support resources, and monthly opportunities for connecting with other organisations.
