Downer is committed to making New Zealand roads safer for everyone.

In partnership with Share The Road, we are running a series of educational sessions and interactive workshops on road safety for cyclists around heavy vehicles. These events are taking place in local communities all over Aotearoa!

These workshops are free to attend and everyone is invited. You’ll learn important safety tips such as where to place yourself and your bicycle so a truck driver can see you, and how to understand the blind spots of a truck/bus. Previous attendees of these workshops have called it a “total eye opener” and we couldn’t agree more!
