ESG Impact Report 2026
Downer’s annual ESG Impact Report, formerly the Sustainability Report, outlines our approach to managing environmental, social and governance (ESG) matters across our operations.
It provides our people, customers, investors and other stakeholders with information on our key impacts, risks and opportunities, and the actions we are taking to support long-term value creation for our stakeholders. This ESG Impact Report has been prepared in accordance with the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Standards for the period 1 July 2025 to 30 June 2026.
FY26 marked an important shift in our strategic direction, with sustainable growth becoming the focus of how we create long-term value. Guided by our Strategic Plan FY27–FY29, we are strengthening the foundations that enable sustainable growth, including the capability of our people, effective governance, safe and reliable delivery, and responsible environmental management.
