In Australia, Downer delivers the Property & Asset Services (PAS) contract, which commenced on 1 February 2026. Under PAS, our regions of responsibility include all of Queensland, New South Wales & the Australian Capital Territory, covering more than 351 Defence bases, training ranges and facilities. This follows our long history of supporting Defence through the Estate Maintenance and Operation Services (EMOS) contract.
In New Zealand, we continue to provide tailored base and estate services for the NZDF, including facilities maintenance, asset lifecycle support and infrastructure upgrades – leveraging our integrated approach and sovereign capability.
