Since 2017 Downer has played a pivotal role in the Bendigo Health Public Private Partnership (PPP), delivering integrated facilities maintenance services at Victoria’s largest regional hospital. Post COVID-19, Downer developed a program to address workforce challenges, which has resulted in over 180 people securing meaningful employment and created significant positive social impact in the local community.
