Downer RTS Our Safety Focus 2026 is designed to do exactly that: a modern, people-centred safety program that builds safer, stronger, more resilient organisations by focusing on how people actually think, feel, and decide.

What makes Our Safety Focus 2026 different?

We’ve built the program around four outcomes that matter to leaders and frontline teams alike—because the safest workplaces are the ones where people want to do the right thing.

  • Whole-of-self safety – we look at physical, psychological and social safety at work and at home, because risk doesn’t end when people clock off.

Safety can be a highly governed engagement at times, and the team have endeavoured to ensure that the 2026 training (supported by our partners Sentis and Visual Learning) was not only delivered with effectiveness but also impact.
