We partnered with Invercargill Airport Limited to reseal their runway extensions, a key piece of work for New Zealand’s southernmost airport.
his exceptional mahi was made possible by having the right people, the best capabilities, keen innovation and a collaborative approach. In just eight shifts, our Downer crews milled over 1,100 tonnes of existing runway and laid 3,500 tonnes of new material. And all this was accomplished under nightshift, without any disruption to the airport’s operations and passengers.
