As part of the Peacocke Whatukooruru Drive development, Downer constructed two bridges across the Mangakootukutuku Stream gullies and associated tributaries, to improve connectivity. The 66m Eastern Gully Bridge consisted of a three span single hollow core beam bridge, while the 85m Mangakootukutuku Gully Bridge saw construction of a three span precast super tee beam bridge.
