Our Road Marking team delivers effective road marking applications and maintenance of existing markings. High precision road marking and application of longitudinal and transverse markings are delivered for State Highways, urban and rural roads, cycleways, pedestrian crossings, airport runways and carparks. Our services extend to marking removal, and temporary road marking.
Safety and quality are top of mind. With a comprehensive road marking product range, we have a solution for every network need and safety requirement. Speciality road markings include custom symbols/arrows, tactile/audio tactile profile markings (rumble strips), coloured markings for cycleways, high-friction markings for pedestrian crossings, and RRPMs (also known as cat’s eyes).
Our road marking services consistently meet the NZ Transport Agency performance guidelines for retro-reflectivity, visibility, durability, and reflectivity in all weather conditions. Advanced testing equipment like the MX30 retro-reflectometer is used to measure performance.
In some instances, such as carparks, we use innovative autonomous line marking robots. The robot is equipped with a GPS and Mobile Mapper for accurate and automated line placement and is appropriate for small scale and complex marking tasks.
