The Department of Education through School Infrastructure NSW (SINSW) has appointed Downer as the Facilities Maintenance Contractor for 300 Schools in South-Western Sydney region.
We are partnering with SINSW to procure local Aboriginal and trade businesses who will contract directly with SINSW to deliver Proactive and Reactive facility maintenance services in schools.

- In the pricing schedule provide your annual service rate in the green cells, against schools with assets, as well as providing reactive hourly rates in the next tab.
- Download and complete the LC Application Form here. Save your LC Application Form and pricing schedule as your company name and the proactive service and send to the specified email address on the form.
