School Infrastructure NSW
The Department of Education through School Infrastructure NSW (SINSW) has appointed Downer as the Facilities Maintenance Contractor for 300 Schools in the South-Western Sydney region.
We are partnering with SINSW to procure local trade businesses who will contract directly with SINSW to deliver Proactive and Reactive facility maintenance services in schools.

- Service #16 Fire Services (including hand-held)
- Service #18 Pools, Hydrotherapy Pools and Spas
- Service #19 Roof and Gutter Cleans, Stormwater Pits,
Strip Drains and Closed/Charged Systems
- Service #24 Pest Control
- Service #29 Emergency Lighting
- Service #31 Annual Fire Safety Statement (AFSS)
- Service #32 Aerated Waste Treatment System
- Service #34 Water Quality Testing
Instructions to submit a valid tender:
*All tenderers must first be registered as a supplier on Buy.NSW here.
- Select the service you are interested in and download relevant pricing sheet.
- Pricing must be provided as an annual lump sum, ex GST. Information can only be entered in the green cells, all other cells are locked.
- Please ensure you take note of service frequency and number of assets, where applicable.
- A price must be provided for each school in the cluster you are tendering for.
- All pricing should include general business overheads to undertake the service, e.g. travel, admin and insurances.
